SAN FRANCISCO

2701 BROADWAY sits at one of the highest elevations in PACIFIC HEIGHTS and, therefore, enjoys a top-notch vantage point, with perfectly framed views of THE PALACE OF FINE ARTS AND THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE, and the bay from seemingly every room. The house was BUILT BACK IN 1910 by architect James Miller and underwent a modern renovation by Moller Willrich Architecture in 2002.

One would expect old school European art in a 30 million dollar mansion built in 1910 .. which was probably the case along with a CHAUFFEUR
 named JAMES.
Finding 3 paintings of Jerry Garcia of the band " THE GREATFUL DEAD " hanging on the walls say that .....indeed, " THE TIMES..THEY ARE aCHANGE'IN.
